Intelligence & qualification
Importer requirement intake, manufacturer capability review, category and specification research, and reference checks. This determines whether a mandate is workable before it is accepted.
Commercial & specification control
Written scope, priced offers, specification alignment between importer and manufacturer, contract terms, and revision control.
Documentation & trade coordination
Commercial invoice, packing list, authority-issued certificate of origin where required, health certificate coordination, and importer document requirements. Regulated steps are coordinated with licensed parties.
Shipment & program management
Production milestones, pre-shipment sampling coordination, freight-forwarder liaison, shipment status against the written plan, post-shipment review.
