- 01What does Galaxa do after I send a requirement?
- We clarify the product, pack, volume, destination, timing, and commercial assumptions, then identify or confirm a workable Egyptian manufacturing route. Where the product requires approval, we coordinate samples and buyer feedback before the commercial order and production proceed.
- 02How is pricing prepared?
- Pricing is prepared against the confirmed product, specification, packaging, quantity, Incoterm, and current production and freight conditions. The commercial structure can vary by transaction, so we do not publish one fixed margin or payment formula.
- 03Do you charge for the initial sourcing request?
- The initial fit review is free. If the requirement needs substantial manufacturer search, product development, testing, inspection, logistics work, or ongoing program management, Galaxa confirms the commercial scope before that work begins.
- 04Do I need a formal technical specification before contacting you?
- No. A formal data sheet helps, but the process can also start from practical requirements such as product type, fruit content or concentration, colour, texture, sweetness, pack, destination, reference product, target price position, and expected volume.
- 05How are samples handled?
- Where sample approval is needed, the selected manufacturer prepares a sample against the working target. We coordinate dispatch, buyer feedback, revisions, and another round where necessary until the buyer has an approved reference for production.
- 06How is production followed?
- The level of follow up depends on the product, manufacturer, and risk of the order. Established manufacturing routes may need routine milestone follow up, while a new factory or product can require additional supervision, testing, or inspection.
- 07How are certifications and destination requirements handled?
- We review the registrations, certificates, and supporting records relevant to the selected manufacturer, product, and destination. A specific certificate is treated as a facility level fact only when current supporting evidence is available.
- 08Who handles customs, freight, laboratory work, or inspection?
- Galaxa can coordinate these activities when they are included in the transaction. The licensed broker, carrier, laboratory, inspection company, or authority remains responsible for the regulated service or official document it performs or issues.
- 09Who do I buy from and pay?
- You buy from Galaxa. Your sales contract and invoice are with Galaxa, and we buy from the Egyptian manufacturer. The manufacturer, the exporter of record where it differs, and the service providers are named in the commercial and shipping documents for each order.
- 10What changes for repeat orders?
- Once the product and manufacturing route are approved, a repeat order can focus on current pricing, packaging stock, quantity, factory booking, production timing, documents, and shipment requirements rather than rebuilding the entire sourcing process.
