How the mandate runs

  1. Requirement clarification

    We convert your inputs into a documented specification: category, grade, packaging assumptions, certificates required, target volume band, destination and Incoterm.

  2. Manufacturer qualification

    We screen candidates against your acceptance criteria — food safety scheme, capacity, export experience, category fit — and shortlist the ones we can defend.

  3. Sample rounds

    We coordinate sample dispatch, capture your feedback, and translate it back into specification updates.

  4. Commercial alignment

    We facilitate quote clarification, MOQ, lead time, Incoterm and payment terms directly with the shortlisted manufacturer.

  5. Production monitoring

    We track production milestones against the agreed specification and escalate exceptions early.

  6. Shipment coordination

    We coordinate export documentation and the outbound shipment with the manufacturer, freight forwarder, and inspection party where required.
