Website information is not an offer

Website content is provided for general business information. It is not an offer of sale, a binding quotation, a warranty of availability, or a commitment to source, manufacture, sell, export, or ship a specific product.

Galaxa is the seller under the transaction documents

For each order, Galaxa sells the products to the buyer under the sales contract, quotation or proforma invoice accepted for that order. Galaxa buys the products from the Egyptian manufacturer it selects. The transaction documents identify the manufacturer, the exporter of record where it is a different party, and the customs broker, carrier, laboratory, inspection provider and other parties involved.

Product and commercial information

Categories, examples, packaging references, historical transactions, indicative timelines, and other website information do not guarantee current availability, capacity, pricing, certification status, lead time, or destination eligibility.

A live requirement must be confirmed against the current manufacturer, product specification, pack, quantity, destination, timing, and commercial terms.

Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with website security or operation, submit knowingly false or unlawful information, impersonate another person or organisation, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual property

Unless identified as third party material, Galaxa owns or is authorised to use the website branding, original text, design elements, and other proprietary material. Website access does not transfer ownership or grant a right to republish, license, or commercially exploit that material without permission except where applicable law permits it.

Third party material and links

Third party names, logos, certifications, websites, and references remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. A reference or external link does not by itself imply endorsement, partnership, or responsibility for third party content.

Website availability and accuracy

We may correct, update, suspend, or remove website content or functionality. We take reasonable care with published information but do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error free, complete, or current.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Galaxa is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on general website information or for third party websites and services outside Galaxa's control. Liability arising from a commercial engagement is governed by the signed documents for that engagement and any mandatory law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to any mandatory law that applies. A signed commercial agreement may specify a different governing law, dispute process, or jurisdiction for that engagement, in which case the signed agreement controls.

Priority of signed documents

If these website terms conflict with a signed scope, quotation, purchase order, approved specification, or other agreed transaction document, the signed or expressly accepted transaction document takes priority for that engagement.
