Sourcing Service Terms

These service terms describe the basis on which Galaxa provides sourcing coordination services to international importers of Egyptian food products

Scope of service is set for each engagement in a written scope agreed with the importer Services outside the agreed scope are not implied

Galaxa acts as an operating coordinator between the importer and qualified manufacturers Galaxa does not act as an inspection body, testing laboratory, freight forwarder, customs agent, or issuing authority for certifications, and does not guarantee supplier compliance, product performance, or shipment outcomes

Pricing indications are provided on the basis of a sufficiently defined specification Final pricing is confirmed against a manufacturer signed specification prior to order confirmation

Payment terms, cancellation, and refund conditions are agreed in the written scope for each engagement

Nothing in these terms creates an exclusive relationship unless expressly agreed in writing
