The Qualified Supplier Network is a records-only application route. It is separate from Galaxa's paid manufacturer programs and separate from any importer-facing directory. Application does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance does not guarantee introductions.
Where this route fits
Choose this route when your factory is export-ready today, you want to be on file with Galaxa's export operations team, and you accept that introductions only occur when an importer requirement matches your documented capability and commercial terms are agreed in writing.
How the application is handled
Application submitted
You send factory profile, category coverage, food safety certification, capacity, export experience, and current markets served.
Records review
Our export operations team reviews the submission against Galaxa's qualification baseline. We may request additional documentation.
Decision on the file
Outcome is one of: added to the qualified list on file, held pending documentation, or declined. We reply in writing either way.
Requirement matching
When an importer requirement matches your documented capability, we contact you to confirm interest, current commercial terms, and available capacity before any introduction.
Scope of the network

- Documented review of your factory profile and certifications
- Inclusion on Galaxa's internal qualified list when the file is complete
- Contact when an importer requirement matches your documented category and capacity
- Written notification of application outcome
This route does not
- Guarantee acceptance to the qualified list
- Guarantee any importer introductions, opportunities, or volumes
- Publish or share your factory in a public directory
- Replace the paid Export Readiness Sprint, Market Entry Program, or Managed Export Department for factories that want active support

Shipment metrics and case studies are published only after the underlying commercial and shipping evidence is reconciled and disclosure is authorised.
