Importer briefs, specifications, and commercial information shared with Galaxa are treated as confidential and used only to operate the engagement

Manufacturer identities are not disclosed to an importer before the appropriate commercial stage of an engagement

Importers agree not to circumvent Galaxa in respect of manufacturers introduced through a Galaxa engagement for a reasonable period following the engagement, on terms confirmed in the written scope

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement for the period agreed in the written scope or as required by applicable law
