Conversion of requirements into a manufacturer signed specification: product, packaging, labelling, acceptance criteria, and Incoterm

A signed specification governing pricing, production, and inspection for every shipment

Production & inspection window

Planned production window with the selected manufacturer and coordinated pre shipment inspection
What you receive
Batch specific certificates of analysis or laboratory reports where required, plus independent inspection reports Each document is issued by the responsible manufacturer, laboratory, or inspection company

Documentation & dispatch

Export documents, authority issued certificates of origin where required, customs clearance, haulage, and freight coordinated for the product, destination, and agreed Incoterm

A reconciled shipment document set and execution status through the delivery point defined by the agreed Incoterm
