Evidence for your requirement

Ask for the shortlisted manufacturer's current technical specification, COA where applicable, relevant certificates and sample information. These are reviewed against the product and destination before commercial commitments

Responsibilities for the order

Galaxa coordinates the agreed sourcing work. The transaction documents identify the manufacturer, seller and exporter. Laboratories, inspectors, customs brokers and carriers remain responsible for their own services. Destination importer obligations stay with the buyer or appointed importer
